Deliver your orders faster with the “Order ready” button

Click on the “Order ready” button to indicate when an order is prepared and ready so that we can immediately notify the courier to pick it up.  This way you’ll improve your order delivery time!

How does it work?

  • Press the “order ready” button right after you finish preparing each order. You’ll find it besides each accepted order on the Partner WebApp.
  • Right after you press the “Order ready” button the courier will be notified that the order is ready to pick up.
  • The new feature could assign a new courier that is closest to pick up the order that’s already prepared for a quicker delivery.
  • The courier will ask to pick up the order by showing their pick-up code.

Take into account that if you don’t press the “order ready” button, the courier will wait outside of your store and won’t enter to pick up the order because he/she wouldn’t have been notified about the order being ready. Therefore it’s important that you remember to click it.
